Adrianne Curry blasts Kylie Jenner’s Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show debut: ‘You’re not a model’

Date:

Adrianne Curry has criticised Kylie Jenner’s debut at the 2026 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, questioning the reality star’s modelling credentials and her selection to wear the brand’s $50 million Fantasy Bra.

The former America’s Next Top Model winner made the comments during a livestream on Monday, October 19, following Sunday’s show in Los Angeles.

“Nothing against Kylie Jenner … you’re not a f**king model,” Curry, 44, said, arguing that Jenner did not have “a model’s body”.

Curry also questioned the decision to give Jenner the diamond-encrusted Fantasy Bra, which featured 4,410 natural diamonds, including a 75.54-carat fancy vivid yellow diamond, and was created in collaboration with Jacob & Co.

“That’s for the belle of the ball,” Curry said. “That is for the top Victoria’s Secret Angel. That is like winning homecoming queen, and they just give it to Jenner.”

She also criticised the lingerie brand’s direction, claiming it had lost its former prestige and questioning its approach to inclusivity and model selection.

Curry cited Adriana Lima as an example of the type of talent she believes the brand should prioritise, praising the veteran model’s career and runway presence.

Her remarks received mixed reactions online, with some social media users agreeing with her criticism while others questioned her motives.

Jenner’s appearance was among the highlights of the annual event, which also featured performances by Tate McRae and appearances by Gigi Hadid, Barbara Palvin and Alessandra Ambrosio.
